Unsure if your base bar is compatible with our Anemoi extension system? Or maybe you want to tilt your arm rests and extension poles but you're not sure if the the adjustable riser will fit. Hit the below link to download our compatibility document.
Please be aware we are constantly updating this document. If you do not see your base bar on the document please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of your cockpit and we will be able to assist.
If you're struggling to source the UCI technical regulations you'll be able to download the latest version HERE - "Clarification guide of the UCI Technical Regulation". Articles 1.3.013 and 1.3.023 relate to cockpit set up.
A key point checklist:
- Arm rests must be two pieces. Each individual piece must be no greater than 125mm x 125mm in size.
- Arm rest angle must be no greater than 15 degrees.
- The height difference measured from the mid-point of your arm rest vertically to the tip of your extensions, including any accessories, may not be greater than 100mm.
- BB to extension tip measured horizontally must not exceed 750mm unless the nose of your saddle is 50mm or greater behind the vertical plane line of the BB. In which instance BB to extension tip may be increased to 800mm. If you are 190cm or taller you are provided an extra 50mm reach for 850mm.
When mounting to a mono riser stack system the "binding element" piece is considered a continuation of the extension, no matter where in the stack this is positioned. Therefore its dimensions must abide to 3:1 and the cross section should be no greater than 40mm except for the central 60mm whereby it is classed as joined by part. This rule also applies if you are utilising a "binding element" in a dual riser stack system.
This means a simple carbon plate is likely not sufficient to satisfy UCI regulations.
