Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the shipment’s size, weight and value. These are live rates provided directly by our couriers.
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days unless otherwise stated. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
During busy periods, including Black Friday and the festive holidays, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your understanding.
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
UK Shipping
All domestic shipping will be via Royal Mail or DHL Express.
BREXIT
The UK is no longer part of the EU. For EU customers this means you will now be liable to pay import charges (taxes, duty and courier handling fees). As a direct result of Brexit additional customs clearance checks are required and this may delay your delivery.

EU & International Shipping
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DHL Express. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Import taxes, duties, and tariffs are not included in the order total. Estimated charges may be shown at checkout; however, we recommend confirming the exact costs with your local customs office.
A valid mobile phone number and email address are required for all international shipments so that customs authorities or the courier can contact you if needed.
All goods are declared as commercial sales at their full invoice value. We do not lower declared values or mark shipments as gifts.
If import charges are refused upon delivery, the shipment may incur return fees that cannot be recovered. Any such costs will be deducted from your refund.
