The shipping rates at checkout will be based on the shipment's dimensions and weight alongside your location. These rates are live rates fed directly through from our couriers.

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days of your order being received unless your order requires an additional action, such as a drilling request or unless stated otherwise. Please double check the address you supply to ensure it is correct as we will not be responsible for orders mailed out to incorrect addresses. 

UK Shipping

All domestic shipping will be shipped via Royal Mail or DHL Express. 

International Shipping

All international shipments will be shipped via Royal Mail, DHL Economy or DHL Express. Lead time estimates are provided in the checkout.
The customer is liable for any taxes, import duties and charges associated with importation. You will be provided an estimated import cost in the checkout but please check with your local customs authorities to clarify the exact charges specific to your location.
All international shipments require a valid mobile phone number with the correct country code and a valid email address. Your phone number and email address are used so customs authorities can contact you.

BREXIT IMPACT

The UK is no longer part of the EU, for EU customers this means you will now be liable to pay import charges (taxes, duty and courier handling fees). As a direct result of Brexit additional customs clearance checks are required and this may delay your delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange or return your item, please notify the return within 14 days of receiving the product with a note of reason and we’ll be happy to do so. This right does not apply to any customised or personalised goods bought through our website or invoiced.

There is a 10% restocking fee charged for returned items. This does not apply to item/s that are returned due to defect, missing parts or if it was a different item/s to the item/s that you ordered.

Returned goods eligible for a refund or exchange will receive a refund less a 10% restocking fee and any shipping costs taxes/charges imposed on us on re-entry of goods into the UK (if applicable). In both instances a refund or exchange will only be provided that the product/s have not been used and are returned in saleable condition. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the item/s and we recommend using a tracked service to return it.
