Windtunnel Aerotest

The WattShop service is an all-inclusive package that tests all aspects of your performance, providing you with a multi-variable model to analyse, predict and improve your performance in your chosen event.

Windtunnel testing is ideal for an athlete looking to fine-tune their position and/or investigate the impact of equipment changes. Testing is carried out with air speed and yaw representative of your event, with the rider pedalling against limited resistance. High-resolution cameras and projectors ensure that your position is consistent between runs, to enable us to make confident decisions on the impact of any changes.

You will spend 2 or 3 hours in the tunnel performing aerodynamic testing, where we can test equipment, clothing, helmets and position.

Evening and weekend sessions are occasionally available at a discounted rate:

Solo evening/weekend 2 hours = £1130

Solo evening/weekend 3 hours = £1600  

NB, the session registration does not confirm your session. A session time and date will only be booked after the full invoice (sent via email) has been paid.

For cancellation less than 28 days before your test, a charge of 40% will be made.
