Searching for those final few watts for your upcoming time trial, triathlon, road race or track race? A WattShop waxed chain saves 1-1.5% of your total power output, typically 3-5 watts for most riders.

Waxing your chain at home can be a tedious process but with more riders utilising the savings found from a wax chain it has meant home waxing has picked up in popularity over the last year or two. We've endeavoured to simplify this process for you. No crock pot? No problem! You can now purchase our unique, high performance wax blend in pellet form. A "do it at home" offering, we supply 500g of wax pellets along with a boil bag.

Place the desired amount of wax in the boil bag and place into a saucepan of boiling water. Once melted carefully drop in your chain/s and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Our wax blend was developed on our inhouse drivetrain test rig. An optimised combination of wax and friction modifying additives to provide you with the very best in drivetrain lubrication.
