The WattShop Inline Pole Clamp has been developed for riders who wish to maintain an inline extension and riser configuration whilst retaining the adjustability of the WattShop cockpit ecosystem. Designed specifically for use with the WattShop Adjustable Angled Riser, the clamp positions the extension poles directly in line with the riser stack for a clean, integrated and highly adjustable front-end setup.
Many standard cockpit systems offer limited adjustment of extension position, alignment and handgrip spacing, often forcing riders to compromise their fit. The WattShop Inline Pole Clamp forms part of a modular cockpit system designed to provide greater positional freedom whilst maintaining a clean, fully integrated setup.
For riders whose preferred armrest centre spacing falls within the region of 100-115mm, keeping the extension poles directly in line with the riser stack is often the optimal solution. The Inline Pole Clamp has been developed specifically for these scenarios, eliminating the need to offset the extensions inboard or outboard of the riser stack whilst retaining the adjustability of the WattShop cockpit ecosystem. Paired with the Adjustable Angled Riser, the system provides armrest and extension angle adjustment whilst maintaining a fully inline cockpit configuration.
Manufactured from CNC-machined 7075-T6 aluminium and black anodised, the clamp has been designed to integrate seamlessly with the Adjustable Angled Riser. The 42mm mounting spacing matches the outer mounting position of the riser, creating a cohesive cockpit system with extensive fit adjustment. The design also incorporates up to 5° of toe-in adjustment, enabling riders to fine-tune extension alignment and handgrip spacing for improved comfort, ergonomics and control.
By positioning the extension poles closer to the forearms, the Inline Pole Clamp can help reduce the turbulent gap between rider and extension, promoting a cleaner airflow transition and a more aerodynamic front-end setup.
